|Recommended: YesGreat place, suuuuuper close to campus — The apartments are clean and so close to campus All the tenants are so friendly and the ward here is amazing It’s definitely tough being a freshman away from home, but campus edge has been very welcoming.

|Recommended: YesNice rooms, weight room and b ball court is cool. — It is super convenient to have a weight room, study room, and a game room all in your apartment complex. The basketball court is really fun too. Definitely recommend this place.

|Recommended: YesI think the property is really nice, it is kind of small but for what it is worth I enjoy it for a first living on my own space. — I would tell them it's a nice place to stay for when you first move out and the people are really nice as well.

|Recommended: NoNice property, troubling bureaucracy — The property itself is pretty nice. I only had trouble with some of the management - I always got a different answer to my questions depending on whom I talked to. One person told me they could cancel my contract for 3 months after I got my mission call whereas someone later told me it was only when I entered the Missionary Training Center- a difference of almost a month.On another occasion, we struggled to get a light fixture replaced, as it was not a conventional lightbulb.
